Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after your order is placed. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 5–12 business days

  • International: 7–20 business days

Please note that shipping times may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, weather conditions, or high order volume.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Katie Nest is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.


Returns & Refunds

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items that are:

  • unused

  • in original condition

  • in original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or clearance restrictions.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you quickly.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method.

Return Shipping

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
